Same Day Delivery
We offer same day delivery in Vancouver, Burnaby and Richmond using a third-party courier service. Our delivery window for same day delivery is between 5 and 9 pm. Delivery is available 7 days a week, including holidays. Cut off time for orders in the Vancouver Area is 4:45pm Cut off time for orders in the Burnaby and Richmond area is 3:45pm. When your order leaves the store with the courier, you will receive a text message with a tracking link. This tracking link will let you know approximately when the courier will be at your door. The courier will need to verify your ID at the door to ensure you are 19+.
Canada Post Delivery
We offer Canada Post XpressPost delivery to most addresses including PO boxes in British Columbia. XpressPost typically takes 1-3 business days depending on the location of your community. Canada Post delivers Monday through Friday. Cut off time for same day shipping is 3:30pm. If you order after 3:30pm we will still ship your order ASAP, but you may not see movement on the tracking number. When your order has shipped you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package at www.canadapost.ca. Canada Post will need to verify your ID upon your receipt of the package.
What do I need to order?
To order from Evergreen you will need 1 piece of government issued photo ID, and a supporting piece with your name on it such as a credit card or student ID. We cannot accept non-photo ID’s as a primary piece of ID.
What if I live in an apartment?
For people that live in apartments – please indicate a buzz code or building entry instructions. Fr example: “Buzz 65” or “Side Door”. We provide these instructions to the delivery partner to ensure a smooth delivery experience.
What if I’m not around to receive the order?
If you will not be at home to receive the order but another person over 19 years of age will be around, they can accept the order as long as they have government issued photo ID and a supporting piece of ID to show the delivery person. If your order goes out for delivery with our courier and is returned to us at the store, we will refund you your order total less the delivery fee. If your order goes out with Canada Post and you are not around to receive it, a card will be left with pick up instructions to retrieve t from your local post office. Don’t forget to bring your ID to collect your package!
How much does delivery cost?
Same day delivery in Vancouver is $5 +$1 fuel surcharge. Same day delivery in Burnaby and Richmond is $10 + $1 fuel surcharge. Canada Post ranges in price from $13-24, depending on your shipping location. When checking out on our site, you will see the total based on your inputted address. Orders over $150 before tax and shipping qualify for free shipping with Canada Post.
