Same Day Delivery
We are currently looking for a new local delivery provider. We'll have something up and running as soon as possible.
Canada Post Delivery
We offer Canada Post XpressPost delivery to most addresses including PO boxes in British Columbia. XpressPost typically takes 1-3 business days depending on the location of your community. Canada Post delivers Monday through Friday. Cut off time for same day shipping is 3:30pm. If you order after 3:30pm we will still ship your order ASAP, but you may not see movement on the tracking number. When your order has shipped you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package at www.canadapost.ca. Canada Post will need to verify your ID upon your receipt of the package.
What do I need to order?
To order from Evergreen you will need 1 piece of government issued photo ID, and a supporting piece with your name on it such as a credit card or student ID. We cannot accept non-photo ID’s as a primary piece of ID.
What if I live in an apartment?
For people that live in apartments – please indicate a buzz code or building entry instructions. Fr example: “Buzz 65” or “Side Door”. We provide these instructions to the delivery partner to ensure a smooth delivery experience.
What if I’m not around to receive the order?
If you will not be at home to receive the order but another person over 19 years of age will be around, they can accept the order as long as they have government issued photo ID and a supporting piece of ID to show the delivery person. If your order goes out for delivery with our courier and is returned to us at the store, we will refund you your order total less the delivery fee. If your order goes out with Canada Post and you are not around to receive it, a card will be left with pick up instructions to retrieve t from your local post office. Don’t forget to bring your ID to collect your package!
*Evergreen reserves the right to charge a $5 restocking fee as well as delivery fees on returned orders. You will be refunded less these fees. (Including self pick-up orders)
