What do I need to order?

To order from Evergreen you will need 1 piece of government issued photo ID, and a supporting piece with your name on it such as a credit card or student ID that indicates you are 19+. We cannot accept non-photo ID’s as a primary piece of ID.

What happens if I’m not around to receive the order?

If your order goes out for delivery with our local courier and you are not at home to receive it your order will be returned to the store and you will be refunded less the delivery fee. We cannot leave packages unattended at your home, it must be received by an adult 19 years or older.
If your order goes out with Canada Post and you are not at home to receive it, it will be returned to your local post office for pick up and a card will be left indicating where you can retrieve it. Don’t forget to bring your ID to collect your package!

What happens if I order more than 30g?

Evergreen reserves the right to issue a partial refund on orders over 30g. We will remove the least number of items possible to return to the 30g limit or less, and issue you a refund for those items.

What happens if I order on weekends?

Orders placed through our local courier in the Vancouver, Burnaby or Richmond area will go out for same day delivery as long as the order is placed before 3:45pm for Richmond and Burnaby, or 4:45pm for Vancouver.
If you order through Canada Post on the weekend, your order will be shipped the same day but you may not see movement on the tracking as Canada Post does not deliver on weekends.

How long will you hold my pickup order?

We hold all pick up orders for 24 hours, after which the items are returned to inventory and your payment is refunded. If you have an unexpected delay in coming to the store, please call us at 604-900-1714.

How do I get same day delivery? What are the cut off times for shipping?

Orders placed to be shipped through Canada Post will ship same day if placed before 3pm. Orders placed after 3pm will ship out next business day.
Orders placed for same day delivery are shipped through a local courier. For Burnaby and Richmond customers, if placed before 3:45pm it will go out for delivery same day. For Vancouver customers, if placed before 4:45pm it will go out for delivery the same day. Orders placed after the respective cut off times will go out during the delivery window of the next day for delivery.

How long will it take to get delivered?

If you order before our cut off time with Canada Post, your order will be shipped using the XpressPost service. XpressPost typically takes 1-3 business days for arrival depending on where in the province you are located. We will provide a tracking number once your order has shipped.
If you order before our cut off time with our local courier, your order will be delivered between 4pm and 10pm. We send a notification text when your order has left the store. If you order after our cut off time, your order will be delivered the following day between 4pm and 10pm.

How much is delivery?

Local Delivery: $5-$10 to eligible postal codes.
Canada Post – ranging from $14-$20 depending on shipping location. You will receive an estimate when placing your order, after inputting your address.
Canada Post – orders over $150 – Free delivery

Is there a better deal for delivery with bulk orders?

Orders over $150 can be shipped for free through Canada Post XpressPost service.

What areas of BC does a local courier cover?

Our local courier can deliver to Vancouver, Burnaby, and Richmond using the following postal codes:
